Heart Risk Assessments

 

Heart Risk Assessments cost $25 and include comprehensive metabolic panel & lipid profile (with A1c if fasting glucose is over 120), EKG, weight, body composition, BMI and blood pressure. A 12-hour fast is required, but water and black coffee are encouraged. Registration is not required, but is encouraged for the assessment.
