Freedom From Smoking Clinic

 

Quitting smoking isn't easy but it's easier with the right help. The American Lung Association's Freedom From Smoking program gives you options, resources and support to quit for good. 

Freedom From Smoking helps you develop a plan of action that leads to your quit day.

You will learn how to know if you're ready to quit, medication options, lifestyle changes, preparation, coping, developing new self-image and how to stay smoke free for good.

This is an 8-session workshop. The schedule goes as follows:

Thinking about Quitting: Wednesday, March 21 5:30-700pm

Wanting to Quit: Wednesday, April 4 5:30-700pm
Quit Day: Wednesday, April 11 5:30-700pm
Winning Strategies: Friday, April 13 5:30-700pm
