You will learn skills to help you have increased energy and physical activity; decreased pain, fatigue, depression and health distress and fewer social limitations.
Participants will receive a Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions book and a Relaxation for the Mind & Body CD.
This six week series will be held Mar. 20, 27, Apr. 3, 10, 17, 24 (Tuesdays) from 1:00-3:30 PM.
