During the Lunch & Learn, Annie LePage, RN, Supervisor of Cardiac Rehab, will discuss risk factors of heart attacks that are controllable, including obesity, exercise, smoking and stress, as well as risk factors that are uncontrollable, including heredity, gender and ethnicity. She will also review the DASH Diet. Lunch will be provided by The Partners.
