The Heart-to-Heart Support Group is for cardiac and pulmonary patients as well as their families, friends and caregivers, We offer educational programs to help participants face the challenges of altered lifestyles including how to make physical and emotional adjustments. Share your experiences while giving and getting emotional support.
The group meets at 11:30 a.m. on the third Thursday in Feb., May, Aug. and Nov. in the Tunnell/Wherritt Community Conference Center at Capital Region. August luncheon is sponsored by Hospice Compassus.
