Capital Region to Ease Visitor Restrictions

JEFFERSON CITY, MO – Capital Region Medical Center will begin easing visitor restrictions beginning Thursday, June 18, 2020. The eased restrictions will allow one visitor per day per patient to visit during visiting hours which are from 6:00 am – 10:00 am and 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm, daily.

Visitors coming to see patients on the inpatient units will be required to bring and wear their own mask and will be asked to remain in the patient room unless using restroom facilities or going to the cafeteria. Those accompanying patients to their outpatient procedures, surgeries or clinic visits can stay with the patient where applicable or wait in the waiting areas adhering to physical distancing guidelines.

To access patient care units to visit patients, visitors should enter through the hospital/emergency entrance. Those coming for clinic appointments or for outpatients appointments and procedures should enter through the Capital Region Physicians building. Guidance can be found at www.crmc.org/visitors.

These are evolving policies and will be adjusted as needed.
