WHAT: Capital Region Medical Center is hosting a Lunch & Learn titled, “Choosing the Best Group Fitness Class for You.” Participants will learn about the various group exercise classes offered at the Sam B. Cook Healthplex. Discussions will include the wide-range of benefits and which classes will best suit participants’ individual needs and expectations.
WHO: Presenting on the topic will be Sarah Harbour, exercise specialist and group fitness supervisor at the Sam B. Cook Healthplex. Sarah received her bachelor of science in sports medicine and athletic training, and she is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer.
WHEN: Wednesday, October 4 from 12:10 to 12:50 p.m.
