CRMC Calendar: Lunch and Learn - Attitude of Gratitude

WHAT: Capital Region Medical Center is hosting a lunch and learn titled, Better. Every Day Wellness - Spiritual: Attitude of Gratitude. 

CRMC Believes that when individuals take accountability for their health and wellness, our communities strengthen as well. Join us to get inspired to strengthen your spiritual wellness and develop an "Attitude of Gratitude". 

WHO: Presenting on the topic are Caroline Anderson, Wellness Navigator/Health Coach and Rev. Tamara Kanatzar, CRMC Chaplain.

WHEN: Wednesday, July 25 from 12:30 to 1:00 PM

WHERE: Viewpoint Conference Room at Capital Region's Southwest Campus, 1423 Southwest Blvd., Jefferson City, Missouri

HOW: The Lunch and Learn is a free event, but space is limited. To register, call 573.632.5593 or click here. Lunch is $5, or you may bring your own. Typically sandwiches and salads are served.
