CRMC Calendar: Lunch & Learn - Life & Work Balance

WHAT: Capital Region Medical Center is hosting a lunch and learn titled, Better. Every Day. Wellness - Emotional: Life and Work Balance. 

CRMC believes that when individuals take accountability for their health and wellness, our communities strengthen as well. Join us to get inspired to improve your emotional wellness and learn to create Life & Work Balance. 

WHO: Presenting on the topic is Rhonda Myers, Counselor, Capital Region Physicians - Center for Mental Wellness. 

WHEN: Wednesday, Aug 1 from 12:10 to 12:50 PM

WHERE: Oakview Conference Room at Capital Region's Southwest Campus, 1432 Southwest Blvd. Jefferson City, Missouri

HOW: The Lunch & Learn is a free event, but space is limited. To register, call 573.632.5593 or click here. Lunch is $5, or you may bring your own. Typically sandwiches and salad are served.
