Community Flu Shot Clinic

WHAT: Capital Region Medical Center is holding a community flu shot clinic available for patients nine years of age or older. Patients who are under 64 years of age will receive the quadrivalent flu shot, which covers four strains of flu, for $25 cash. Patients who are 65 years or older will receive the high-dose vaccine, which costs $50 cash. If not paying with cash, patients will have the option to file with Medicare or private insurance, per their benefit.  

WHEN: Thursday, Sept. 28 and Thursday, Oct. 5 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.  

WHERE: Tunnell/Wherritt Community Conference Center at Capital Region Medical Center, 1125 Madison St., Jefferson City, MO. Please proceed through the Capital Region Physicians entrance.

HOW: The clinic is open to the public, and no appointment is needed to receive a flu shot. For more information, call 573-632-5593.
