April Lunch & Learn: Take Charge of Your Health

WHAT: Capital Region Medical Center is hosting a Lunch & Learn titled, “Take Charge of Your Health.” Participants will learn important tips on how to get the most out of their health insurance and health care.

WHO: Diane Webb, MPH, CHES, Health Literacy Program Manager at Health Literacy Media (HLM) will be speaking at the Lunch & Learn.

WHEN: Wednesday, April 5 from 12:10 to 12:50 p.m.

WHERE: Oakview Conference Room at Capital Region’s Southwest Campus, 1432 Southwest Blvd., Jefferson City, Missouri

HOW: The Lunch & Learn is a free event, but space is limited. To register, call 573-632-5593 or visit www.crmc.org/events. Lunch is $5, or you may bring your own.
