Heart-to-Heart Luncheon
We want to help you live life with all your heart. The Heart-to-Heart Support Group is for cardiac and pulmonary patients as well as their families, friends and caregivers. We offer educational programs to help participants face the challenges of altered lifestyles including how to make physical and emotional adjustments. Share your experiences while giving and getting emotional support.
