Whole30® RESET consists of seven weekly group coaching sessions led by a certified Whole30® Coach. The sessions are designed to help you put an end to unhealthy cravings and habits, restore a healthy metabolism, heal your digestive tract and balance your immune system.
Our two September meetings will cover the rules of Whole30®, what not to eat and what to eat. October begins the 30-day reset. Food is served at each October meeting. The group also includes a grocery store tour to help identify Whole30® products and shortcuts.
