$25 Sports Physicals
5th - 12th grades
Pre-registration and parental consent required.
Physical will include: Height/Weight, Blood Pressure, General Exam, Range of Motion/Flexibility
Please wear athletic attire to the exam.
The $25 fee helps to defer the direct cost of providing the program.
