JEFFERSON CITY, MO – Capital Region Medical Center is pleased to welcome Ann Blackman, M.D. to the Capital Region Physicians group.
Dr. Blackman received her medical degree from University of Iowa College of Medicine, and she completed her family practice residency at Cedar Rapids Medical Education Foundation. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and Missouri Academy of Family Physicians.
Prior to joining Capital Region Physicians, Dr. Blackman began her medical career as a family practice physician in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Since 2010, she has served as urgent care physician at Lake Regional Urgent Care Osage Beach.
Originally from Des Moines, Iowa, Dr. Blackman now resides in Osage Beach with her family. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending her kids’ sporting events, participating in outdoor activities such as swimming and boating, and nature/scenic photography.
Dr. Blackman will split her time between the Capital Region Physicians – Urgent Care clinics, serving both the Edgewood Urgent Care and Downtown Urgent Care. For more information, visit www.crmc.org.
