WHAT: Capital Region Medical Center is hosting a lunch and learn titled, "Better. Every day. Wellness - Physical: Creating a Strong & Healthy Body."
CRMC believes that when individuals take accountability for their health and wellness our communities strengthen as well. Join us to learn about creating and maintaining a healthy, strong body through education, activity, nutrition, sleep, managing stress, quitting smoking and receiving preventive medical and mental care.
WHO: CRMC Wellness Navigators Caroline Anderson, health coach and Leah Roberts, RN will present on the topic with guest speaker, Kelsey Chrisman, CRMC exercise specialist.
