WHAT: The Capital Region Sam B. Cook Healthplex is offering sports physicals for those in grades 5 through 12. Physicals will consist of height and weight measurements, blood pressure, a general exam, range of motion and flexibility assessments. Wearing athletic attire to the exam is advised. The cost of the physical is $25.
WHEN: Tuesday, June 27 from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m.
WHERE: Sam B. Cook Healthplex, 1432 Southwest Blvd., Jefferson City, MO
