Capital Region Medical Center Welcomes Hospitalist/Intensivist

Capital Region Medical Center is pleased to announce Delali K. Buatsi, M.D. has joined its hospitalist/intensivist program.

Dr. Buatsi earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington D.C. He completed his internship and Internal Medicine Residency at New York Presbyterian, Queens/Cornell University Medical College Program in Flushing, N.Y. Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Buatsi is also a member of the American College of Physicians and the Society for Hospital Medicine and an Associate Member with the American Association for Physician Leadership. Most recently, Dr. Buatsi has provided hospitalist services at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia, Mo. Prior to his role at BHC, he served as a hospitalist/intensivist at Integris Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Okla.  Dr. Buatsi serves as a career mentor for students at Westminster College in Fulton, Mo. In his spare time he enjoys being active, playing tennis and racquetball. He resides in Columbia, Mo with his wife Elizabeth Malm-Buatsi a pediatric urologist and their two children Sena and Selana.
